AL FALFL is currently seeking a CNC Programmer for our Location in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
• Supports plant’s safety, quality, and profit objectives.
• Provides technical support and program management to develop new and support existing business for Morocco plant.
• Assist the engineering manager on the introduction of new technology/equipment s for the plant related to automatic chamfering
• Be responsible for the NC machining process & the owner of the PFMEA associated and the guarantor of the PP & WI related
• Design 2D / 3D models from a blueprint or sketch to create NC machining strategies of Engineered Core parts for AL FALFL various types of NC machines (3-axis, 5-axis, etc.)
• Create efficient NC machining strategies using CFAO software (CAD, CAM, Post Processor, Crashes simulator…)
• Ensure the implementation of optimized machining strategies & the design & the industrialization of suitable CNC tooling
• Perform engineered honeycomb and advanced composite NPI part cost estimation and ongoing part cost standard evaluation(s).
• Provides timely and accurate ERP bills of materials and routings, process planning, tooling design and part sketches for NC machined parts
• Use lean techniques for process analysis and product improvement.
Qualifications:
• Engineering degree in a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering schools
• Hands-on troubleshooting abilities with mechanical equipment.
• Fluency in English and French
• Master CATIA V5
• Knowledge in Post processor software, CAD, CAM, G-Code programming & crashes simulator
• High level on communication and able to train and share knowledge
• Must be able to read blueprints with an understanding of GD&T
• CNC programming is a must.

CNC expert with hands-on experience in blueprint interpretation and accurate machine set up. Full command over software and programming languages required to key up CNC machinery for specified automated functions. Competent in fine-tuning of software to obtain desired quality of end product. Known for ensuring quality and taking correctional measures accordingly.
Essential functions
• Study work orders, sketches, drawings and blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances that need to be programed into CNC machines
• Program CNC machines according to data derived from sketches and drawings
• Plan efficient order cycles for each job fed into the CNC machine
• Ascertain that the correct set of tools are chosen for each cycle and stage
• Load parts, operate controls, set offsets and handle simple edits to ensure that conformance standards are met
• Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on work pieces and materials
• Detect equipment / machine malfunction and handle adjustments
• Ascertain that parts are fabricated properly so that they meet quality control standards
• Set up mills and lathes and load feed mechanism by lifting stock into position
• Maintain end product specifications by ensuring that drilling, grooving and cutting activities are handled according set standards
• Detect malfunctions, troubleshoot processes and adjust and reprogram controls to meet the varying needs of the fabrication process
• Perform preventative and regular maintenance work on CNC machines and related tools

• Dimensions like OD, ID and length need to check on the total Job.
• On completion of the Job daily production report to be filled on job to job basis immediately.

• Perform safety checks on every machine
• Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures
• Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions

Education / Qualification:

Working as Electrical Engineer responsible for preparing / reviewing Electrical Detailed Engineering Package as per project scope of work.
